On April 6th, 2017, we had the distinct honor of hosting our first MBE 2 MBE Open House with SCMSDC at our offices. With over 60 attendees and Corporate representatives from Toyota USA, Douglas Emmett, and Messner Reeves LLP, the event provided an invaluable opportunity for MBEs and non-certified entrepreneurs alike to share knowledge, generate prospects, and increase profile visibility in a low-pressure environment.
The evening of premier networking was unique in its ability to engage MBEs with one another, as well as in expanding the exposure of the attendees beyond the MBE and Corporate community to other networks including Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), the Asian Business Association Los Angeles (ABA LA), local businesses, and non-profit organizations like the Fulfillment Fund. With philanthropic efforts engraved in our company’s philosophy and core values, we believe that by connecting common philanthropic causes between businesses, we can foster stronger and long-lasting relationships with corporates and fellow MBEs, WBEs, VBEs, and LGBTQ enterprises.
